On this online shop you can easily order dental protheses for teeth and molars, as well as tools, grinding wheels and other essential products for placing and maintaining dentures. ActieDent is a family company where ‘personal touch’ is a core value.
Question
Of course, this personal touch had to be recognisable on the website. ActieDent has a very specific target audience, but they also have a very broad product range of over 30.000 products, that all must be available and quick to order. The website needed its own order module and it needed to be linked with the accounting system by Exact.
Solution
The online store was built with Magento 2 and we created a custom template for it. The challenge with such a broad product range is the accessibility. Before Sales designed a custom plugin: the Tandenselector (teethselector). With this plugin, dental protheses are quickly ordered following a roadmap consisting of a few steps. In this way potential costumers are not wasting a lot of time choosing the right tooth or molar, colour, or brand of prothesis.
We are very happy with the custom-made order tool that Before Sales made for our website. This way our customers are able to order better and more quickly.
